Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by Innovative Studios LLC ("Provider", "we", "us") to our customers ("Customer", "you"). This AUP is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

Host, distribute, or transmit illegal content or engage in illegal activities

Conduct cryptocurrency mining operations

Violate our Terms of Service or the Terms of Service of any third-party service we utilize

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code

Conduct denial of service attacks or other network abuse

Access or attempt to access other customers' accounts or data

2. Resource Limitations

For managed hosting services, the following limitations apply:

Maximum bandwidth usage: 100GB in/out weekly

Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts other customers may be subject to throttling or other limitations

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor our services for security, performance, and compliance purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

Traffic patterns and volume

Server resource usage

Application performance metrics

User activity logs

Content scanning for prohibited materials

Violations of this AUP may result in:

Warning notification

Temporary suspension of services

Permanent termination of services

The specific action taken will depend on our assessment of the violation's severity, impact, and whether it is a repeat offense. Enforcement actions are taken at our sole discretion.

4. Liability Waiver for User-Controlled Inputs

Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for user-controlled inputs, including but not limited to:

Account passwords and credentials

Access controls for their game servers

Custom configurations and settings

Innovative Studios LLC assumes no liability for security breaches, unauthorized access, or service disruptions resulting from weak passwords, improper access controls, or other security vulnerabilities within the customer's control.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to legal@ivs.dev.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
